This is a quick tip that will allow you to convert any text to speech, in Spanish or English for free. All you need is to download Firefox, nothing more. No plugins or third-party websites. Just a browser that maybe you are already using.
It´s simple.
- Download the latest version of Firefox.
- Visit the website with the article or text that you want Firefox to read for you. For example, this nice article on our website 😉
- Press the Change Reading View located to the right of the address bar. Or press the F9 key.
- Once in reading view, press the listen button, which is the little icon with the headphones in the upper left. The third from top to bottom.
- In the small window that appears, select a reading speed and press play.
And voila. Firefox will start reading the article for you. The browser can read texts in Spanish and English without problems. So now you can "read" any article while doing other things. A real-time saver.
